APPLICATION 81-3 AT 615 E. FIRST STREET (230'+ EAST OF FASHION LANE,
NORTH SIDE OF FIRST STREET)
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 853 had first reading by title only and introduction
at the June 1, 1981 meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
M.O.- That Ordinance No. 853 have second reading by title only.
M.O.- That Ordinance No. 853 be passed and adopted.

ORDINANCE NO. 853
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, REZONING
PROPERTY ON ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION 81-3 AT
615 E. FIRST STREET (230'+ EAST OF FASHION LANE,
NORTH SIDE OF FIRST STREET)
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California does ordain as
follows:
I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
That a proper application (Z.C. 81-3) was filed on behalf
of Far West Savings and Loan Association for rezoning from
the C-1 (Retail Co,m,,ercial) to the Planned Community
Commercial District for the property described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
That the Planning Agency duly recommended approval of said
application, after public hearing duly called, noticed, and
held.
C. The City Council duly called, noticed, and held a public
hearing on said application.
D. That the zone change is a class 5 categorical exemption
from California Environmental Quality Act.
II. The subject property is hereby rezoned to the PC (Planned
Community - Commercial District) and the Zoning Map of the City
of Tustin amended accordingly subject to conditions of Planning
Agency Resolution No. 1979.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council,
held on the 15th day of June, 1981.
