BAC/<GROUND: At t_he April 20, 1981 Council m~eting, the Council moved to waive the License and Permit Board fees for non-profit charitable organizations and c~',~L~-.ity events in order to reduce costs for such activities and to maximize t~he funds they have available for their service programs. O. - tina~ Ordinance No. 850 be introduced. 1 4 5 6 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2O 2'1 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 ORDINANCE NO. 850 AN ORDINANCE OF THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, A~E~q~ING SECTION 1534 OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE PERTAINING TO APPLICATION FEES TO THE LICENSE AND PE~IIT BOARD. The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, hereby ordains as follows: Section 1534 of the Tustin City Code is amended to read as follows: "1534. APPLICATION FEES. Application for any permit provided by this part shall be on forms provided by the City together with an application fee in a sum as provided by resolution of the City Council to cover the cost of processing an~ investigation. The application si~al~ be signed b~' the applicant and verified and shall contain such information as ma5~ be deemed necessary by the Board."
