IT IS THE INTENTION OF YOUR CITY COUNCIL TO BE RECEPTIVE TO YOUR CONCERNS IN
THIS COMMUNITY. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT WILL ASSURE A RESPON-
SIBLE AND EFFICIENT CITY OF TUSTIN. WE INVITE YOU TO BRING TO THE ATTENTION OF
THE CITY CLERK ANY MATTER THAT YOU DESIRE THE CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER. WE
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRESENCE AND WISH YOU TO KNOW THAT WE APPRECIATE YOUR
INVOLVEMENT.
It is the present policy of the Council that all items not requiring public
hearing be submitted to the City Clerk no later than 12:00 Noon, twelve days
prior to a scheduled Council Meeting.

MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT
Increase the amount of mileage reimbursement from 15~ to 209 per
mile, effective July 1, 1981, as recommended by the Finance
Director.
