B Street o Would not like the development to occur • Mark McCorder— o Opposed to new complex in Old Town; plenty of traffic around their house. Their driveway is frequently blocked. They face the schoolr district building and the 8.D. parking lot is frequently full With church and park events. They are growing frustrated with the amount of traffic, people being _"disrespectful to their home. His wife has lived here since 1969 and they are both opposed. She is sad about the deterioration of Old-Town. There are more homeless, crime. They do not want more low income units in the area. People from Chestnut park in their neighborhood and then get rides homes. 4
