IN THE CITY HALL OF TUSTIN ON MONDAY EVENING AT 7:00 O~CLOCK P.M.

PRESENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: CHARLETON, BACON, FORNEY, MILLER,
AND HUMESTON
ABSENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: NONE
CITY ATTORNEY C. ARTHUR NISSON JR. WAS PRESENT,
ALSO CITY ENGINEER MCBRIDE.
THE MINUTES WERE READ AND ADOPTED, AFTER MINOR
CHANGES WERE MADE, ON THE ORDER OF THE MAYOR.
RESOLUTION 213 RESOLUTION 213 WAS PRESENTED A~k~ ADOPTED BY THE
ADOPTED MOTION OF COUNCILMAN MILLER AND SECOND BY
COUNCILMAN HUNESTON. THIS RESOLUTION PRESENTS THE
AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE STREETS FOR THE
SWEEPEING OF THE STREETS OF THE HIGHWAY THROUGH
TUSTIN OF 1.06 MILES, AT A PRICE OF $600.00 A YEAR.
BID FOR MOTOR COUNCILMAN HUMESTON AND COUNCILMAN MILLER MADE
GRADER FURTHER INVESTIGATION ON THE PURCHASE OF A GRADER
FROM MR. ~IEBERT OF THE STATE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS
AND IT 'WAS DECIDED BY THE COUNCIL TO MAKE A BID OF
$850.00 AS PROPOSED BM A LETTER WRITTEN BY STREET
COMMISSIONER HUMESTON, MAKING OFFER FOR SAME.
COUNCILMAN BACON MOVED THAT COUNCILMAF HUMESTON
WRITELETTER. COUNCILMAN MILLER SECOh~ THE ~OTION.

RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ~l~ WAS READ AND ADOPTED ON THE MOVE OF
#214 COUNCILMAN BACON AND SECOND BY COUNCILMAN HUMESTON
TO BE EFFECTIVE AS OF THIS DATE. THIS RESOLUTION
RELATIVE TO WOREMEN'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE FOR
REGIStERRED VOLUNTEER DISASTER SERVICE WORKERS.
STREET STREET SUPERINTENDENT MCMULLEN, PRESENTED A BID BY

O.K.'D SIDEWALKS IN THE CITY AND THE SUlkS ARE $812.O0
FOR TOTAL REPAIRS. COUNCILMAN MILLER MOVED THE
ACCEPTIN~ OF THE BID FOR THE WOE AND HAVE THE CITY
ATTORNEy DRAFT AN AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED BY THE
STREET CO~YISSIONER, CITY CLERK, AND CONTRACTING
COMPANY FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. COUNCILMAN HUMESTON
SECOND THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED.
