ELIMINATI(IN OF THE FEDERAL ESTATE TAX
We have received a Resolution from t~e City of Santa Ana supporting the
elimination of the Federal Estate Tax. A similar Resolution has been drafted for
review by the Tustin City Council.
In accordance with Council's request that this Resolution be a~opte~ by Council
and copies be sent to the League of California Cities, the National League of
Cities, ~le Southern California Association of Governn~nts, our Congressional
representatives and ~ President of the United States, urging them to support our
position and repeal the current laws, we are submitting the attachea Resolution.
