Agency ~oproved *~he use permit and mp, it would now be appropriate to

Uphold the f!ndLugs of the Planning Agency and approve Tentative Tract
11389 by ~+he adoption of Resolution No. 81-20.

RESOLUTION NO. 81-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, APPROVING
TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 11389
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows:
I. The City Council of the City of Tustin finds and determines as
follows:
That Tentative Tract Map No. 11389 was submitted to the City
Council pursuant to Ordinance No. 651 (as amended) by Civil
Engineers Incorporated on behalf of the Tustin Partnership to
create a one lot subdivision for condominium purposes from
Lot 4 of Tract 8475.
B. That the proposed map is catergorically exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.
C. That the proposed division is in conformance with the Tustin
Area General Plan.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Tract No. 11389,
subject to ~'
