THE CITY HALL OF TUSTIN, MONDAY EVENING AT 7:00 O'CLOCK, MARCH 1, 1948.
PRESENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: KIDD, FORNEY, CHARLETON, HUMESTON,
AND BACON
ABSENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: NONE
CITY ATTORNEY C. ARTHUR NISSON, JR. WAS PRESENT.
THE MINUTES OE THE MEETING OF FEBRUARY 16, 1948,
WERE READ AND ADOPTED ON THE ORDER OF THE MAYOR.
CORRESPON- WE RECEIVED A COPY OF A LETTER FROM THE STATE DEPART-
DENCE MENT OF HEALTH DIRECTING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF ORANGE COUNTY TO HAVE A MEETING FOR MARCH 11, 1948
WITH THE SUPERVISORS CONCERNING THE SEWER DISPOSAL
FOR THE SANITARY DISTRICT OF THE COUNTY, WITH THE
OFFICIALS OF THE COUNTY. THE COUNCIL REFERRED THE
MATTER TO THE CONSULTING ENGINEER MCBRIDE FOR INVESTI-
GATION.
MAYOR KIDD INFORMED THE COUNCIL OF THE MEETING OF
MARCH 2, 1948, AT, THE COURT HOUSE CONCERNING SANITARY
DISTRICT #7 TO BE DISCUSSED WITH THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS.
REDLEIN MR. REDLEIN, OF THE TUSTIN MOTEL, WAS BEFORE THE
TRAILER COUNCIL MAKING FURTHER INQUIRIES AS TO WHAT WOULD BE
PARK PERMIT REQUIRED OF HIM TO MEET THE CONDITIONS NECESSARY TO
FULFILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STATE IN SECURING HIS
PERMIT FOR HIS TRAILER CAMP. THE COUNCIL TOOK THE
MATTER UNDER ADVISEMENT AND WILL MAKE A REPORT TO
MR. REDLEIN AT A LATER DATE.
COUNCILMAN BACON REPORTED TO THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT
THAT THE GARBAGE PICK UP FOR THE ORANGE TREE WOULD
BE NO LONGER NEEDED.
BILLS COUNCILMAN FORNEY MOVED TO PAY THE BILLS. COUNCIL-
MAN BACON SECOND THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED.
