IT IS THE INTENTION OF YOUR CITY COUNCIL TO BE RECEPTIVE TO YOUR CONCERNs IN
THIS COMMUNITY. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT WILL ASSURE A RESPON-
SIBLE AND EFFICIENT CITY OF TUSTIN. WE INVITE YOU TO BRING TO THE ATTENTION OF
THE CITY CLERK ANY MATTER THAT YOU DESIRE THE CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER. WE
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRESENCE AND WISH YOU TO KNOW THAT WE APPRECIATE YOUR
INVOLVEMENT.
It is the present policy of the Council that all items not requiring public
hearing be submitted to the City Clerk no later than 12:00 Noon, twelve days
prior to a scheduled Council Meeting.
IF YOU WISH TO ADDRESS THE COUNCIL, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO FILE YOUR NAME
AND ADDRESS WITH THE CLERK ON THE FORM PROVIDED WITH THE AGENDA. ANYONE
HAVING ANY COMMENTS ON ANY ITEM, PLEASE RAISE YOUR HAND TO BE RECOGNIZED
BY THE CHAIR.

Fountain Valley for use of their pistol range as reco~ended by
the Chief of Police.
