This property was recently developed as a professional office building. On February 16, 1981, the Planning Agency held a public hearing for Use Permit 81-5 and considered this tentative tract. If the Planning Agency approved the use permit and map, it would now be appropriate to take action on this map. RECOMMENDED ACTION Uphold the findings of the Planning Agency and approve Tentative Tract 11389 by the adoption of Resolution No. 81-20. The City Council of the City of Tustin finds and determines as follows: me That Tentative Tract Map No. 11389 was submitted to the City Council pursuant to Ordinance No. 651 (as amended) by Civil Engineers Incorporated on behalf of the Tustin Partnership to create a one lot subdivision for condominium purposes from Lot 4 of Tract 8475. B. That the proposed map is catergorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. C. That the proposed division is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan. II. The City Council hereby approves Tentative Tract No. 11389, subject to all of the conditions of Planning Agency Resolution No. 1947.
