Fountain Valley and Placentia Police Departments have developed a police

In order to implement this system within the Police Department, certain

installation and programming. Total Cost $16,076. Refer to attached cost
table for detailed breakdown.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Police Department budgeted $13,000 for this equipment for fiscal year
80/81. We have since found that the PADS staff failed to identify an
additional $3,076 in costs. We request authorization to expend the total
amount of $16,076 for this equipment, with $13,000 coming from our existing
budget funds and the other $3,076 being transferred from unexpended salary
