The iow bid is 31% under the Engineer's Estimate of $39,378.74. Due to the surplus
funds available, staff will be adding additional sidewalk and curb repair areas to
the contract.
Attached for the City Council's information is a tabulation of all bids received.
It is recc~r~ended that the Tustin City Concil, at their meeting of February 17, 1981,
award the subject bid to Impact Construction Co. of Dana Point, CA, in the amount of
$27,165.06.
