Binsack, Zoning Administrator PUBLIC CONCERNS: None. CONSENT CALENDAR: None PUBLIC HEARING: Opened at 10:30 a.m. 1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2016-21 APPLICANT/ Doug Baum PROPERTY OWNER: DMJ Holdings, LLC 11202 Arroyo Ave. Santa Ana, CA 92705 LOCATION: 14772 Plaza Drive REQUEST: Conditional Use Permit to authorize joint-use parking for two (2) dental/orthodontic offices at an existing condominium office building. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 16-014 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2016-21 to authorize joint-use parking for two (2) dental/orthodontic offices at an existing condominium office building located at 14772 Plaza Drive. The Acting Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order. It was noted there were no members of the public present for this item. Mr. Doug Baum, applicant, was in attendance. The Acting Zoning Administrator stated she reviewed the staff report and did not have any questions regarding the staff report. She asked Mr. Baum if he had the opportunity to review the staff report and if he agreed with the Conditions of Approval, which he did. Closed the Public Hearing at 10:31 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
