Tentative Map No. 10979
The applicants of Tentative Map No. 10979, Gfeller Development
Company, Inc., have requested an extension of the one year time period
for acting upon the map. Difficulty in obtaining development
financin~ due to the high interest rates is given for the dalay.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Extension of the tentative map period for an additional six (6)
months.

This letter is Gfeller Development Company's formal request to extend
our Tentative Map #10979 and Conditional Use Permit #80-1. Due to
the unusually high interest rates over the past year we have been
unable to start our Stevens Square project as planned.
