TILLER DAYS REPORT
NEW BUSINESS
NO. 3
I spoke to Cherrill Webb this morning regarding your request for
clarification on the attached report.
Mrs. Webb will attend the Council meeting January 19 and give
an oral presentation.
Regarding Item #2 on her report, Cherrill states that she would
like to have Bob Ledendecker on the committee; she needs someone
who has the authority to order maintenance assistance, et cetera.
For the 1980 Street Faire, the school district provided most of
the maintenance.assistance on a voluntary basis, and Mrs. Webb
feels they won't be willing to do this again. Cherrill feels that
this is a City ~vent and should be supported by City staff.
Regarding Item #4 on her reportj the Street Faire Committee is
asking for $6,000 "seed money" from the Council.
Cherrill also reminded me that her report deals only with the
Street Faire, and doesn't include the Parade.
