RESOLUTION NO. 81-2 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin ACCEPTING W0~KS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLE- TION (City Hall Parking Lot Improvements) Adoption of Resolution No. 81-2 and assuming that no claims or stop payment notices are filed within 30 days of the date of recordation of the Notice of Completion, authorize payment of the 10% retention amount ($17,943.44) at that time as recommended by the City Engineer. 9. RESOLUTION NO. 80-141 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, SUPPORTING THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES CONSERVATION PRO- GRAM IN ORANGE COUNTY Adoption of Resolution No. 80-141 as recon%nended by the Adminis- tration Department. 10.
