Authorize the Mayor to execute the quitclaim deed and direct staff
to record said document subject to the receipt of the $90.00
transfer fee as recommended by the City Engineer.

Approve a supplemental appropriation of $1,850 and authorize the
purchase of five Steelcase chairs with dark brown fabric as recom-
mended by the City Administrator.

Authorize the release of the Faithful Performance Bond, Labor and
Materials Bond, and Monumentation Bond for Tract No. 10495 as rec-
ommended by the City Engineer in his December 19, 1980 report.
8. RESOLUTION NO. 81-2
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin ACCEPTING
WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLE-
TION (City Hall Parking Lot Improvements)
Adoption of Resolution No. 81-2 and assuming that no claims or
stop payment notices are filed within 30 days of the date of
recordation of the Notice of Completion, authorize payment of the
10% retention amount ($17,943.44) at that time as recommended by
the City Engineer.
9. RESOLUTION NO. 80--141

Adoption of Resolution 80-142 and assuming that no claims or stop
payment notices are filed within 30 days of the date of recorda-
tion of the Notice of Completion, authorize payment of the reten-
tion amount of $91,491.28 at that time as recommended by the Engi-
neering Department.
