(S.A.V.I.) QUITCLAIM DEED The developer of the Tustin Arms II condominium conversion (Tract No. 10875) on Pasadena Ave. has requested the City to quitclaim a S.A.V.I. easement which is located.on the westerly side of their development and adjacent to the Costa Mesa (Newport) Freeway. The removal of this easement and irrigation line is required so that a parking structure can be built immediately adjacent to the freeway. The City has no future use for this easement at this location. City Council has previously established a transfer fee in the amount of $90.00 which'would be applied to this quitclaim action. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Tustin City Council, at their meeting of January 5, 1981, authorize the Mayor to execute the attached quitclaim deed and direct staff to record said document subject to the receipt of the $90.00 transfer fee.
