Re: City o{ Tustin - Acquisition of Tustin Water Works
Employment Contract - Earl Rowenhorst
Dear Mr. Rourke:
This will acknowledge our telephone conversation in which you
advised that The City of Tustin bas now agreed to assume all of
the obligations of the Employment Contract dated March 1, 1980,
between Tustin Water Works and Earl Rowenhorst.
Earl and I are, of course, very pleased that the matter has been
resolved without difficulty.
In view of the fact that the Resoluti6n of 'the City Council No.
80-31, adopted March 17, 1980, directs that Mr. Rowenhorst's
Employment Agreement be revised as provided in said Resolution,
iC is felt that some further documentation should be furnished
by the City confirming the fact that the City of Tustin has now
agreed to assume all of the obligations of the Employment Contract
without revision or modification.
I would suggest a brief written conformatioh that the City agrees
to assume all of the obligation of the Employment Contract, dated
March 1, 1980, between Tustin Water Works and Earl Rowenhorst,
bearing the signature of the Mayor'and the City Clerk of the City of
Tustin, to clear up any ambiguity that may result in this area.
Thank you for your assistance.
,-Very truly yours
