White, Director of Co, unity Servi MISS TUSTIN PAGEANT The Tustin Jaycees have requested and received approval for use of the Clifton C. Miller Community Center for the Miss Tustin Pageant. The Jaycees and this Department have mutually negotiated the dates and times for a minimal disruption of agency programming. The Jaycees will be utilizing the Community Center January 8 and 9; February 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 18, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28; and March 1. Rental fees would equal approximately $1,200 for weekend use. Attached is a letter from the Jaycees requesting waiver of rental fees. As I understand historical data, Council has authorized this waiver in years past. As stated earlier, dates and times of use have already been coordinated between Jaycees and Community Services Department. We the Jaycees and the Parks and Recreation Department have coordinated the dates and times involved and now request your official approval for the waiving of the fees.
