A bid tabulation is attached for your information.
This bid has been concurrently sent to Caltrans and the Federal
Highways Works Administration (F.H.W.A.) for their review and
approval.
Recommendation:
It is recommended that the Tustin City Council, at their meeting -
of January 5, 1981, award the subject bid to the low bidder,
Electrend, Inc. of Norwalk, in the amount of $330,800.00 subject
to the final approval of Caltrans and F.H.W.A.
