PROJECT I-Median Island Construction
at Main St. and Bryan Ave.
PROJECT III-Newport Avenue Landscape and Irriqation
On December 1, 1980, the City Council acting for the
Redevelopment Agency (RDA) awarded a contract for the subject
projects. At the time of this award it was recommended that
R.D.A. funds be used in lieu of General Fund monies on Project I
and that sufficient funds existed within the R.D.A. to cover the
$18,000.00 overage of Project III for the R.D.A. portion of the
project.
This memo is a request for appropriation of funds for the subject
contract that was awarded on December 1, 1980.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency
at their meeting of December 15, 1980 authorize the following:
1. Expenditure of $36,800.00 for the Bryan-Main Island
landscaping and irrigation.
2. The additional expenditure of $18,000.00 for the Newport
Avenue landscaping and irrigation.
