The City of Tustin is one of the defendants in the
above-referenced action. All of the cities are tendering
the defense of this matter to the office of the County Counsel.
We recommend that the City Council adopt a minute
order authorizing the defense of the City in this matter by
the County Council of.the County of Orange.
When such a minutes order has been adopted, we
request that the City Clerk forward a certified copy of it
to this office.
