The date, place, and other circumstances of the occurrence that gave rise to this claim are as follows: On or about September 16, 1980 at approximately 4:00 p.m. at or about the intersection of Browning and Bryan in the City of Tustin, the deceased, Antonio Lopez, was p . and was working on a construction employed by ...A. Sessler Inc project pursuant to a contract between his employer and the -1- 1 4 6 9 19 20 22 23 24 25 26 City of Tustin, the jobs of the deceased required that he work around heavy construction equipment often at dangerous h~ights and near high tension electrical wires. The accident griving rise to this' claim was caused by negligence of the City of Tustin in the supervision of the activities on the construction project and their failure to provide the deceased with a safe place to work in light of the forseeab!e dangers. (4). The aforementioned negliqence resulted in the death of Antonio Lopez. (5). The names and addresses of those public employees involved are not presently known to claimants. (6).
