South side of Bell Avenue, 770 feet westerly of Red Hill Avenue.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
The subject tract is a 5.8 acre parcel which is being subdivided for in-
dustrial condominium purposes as a one lot subdivision. A use permit (No.
80-22) has been applied for and will be heard at the Planning Agency meeting.
On November 17, 1980 the Planning Agency recommended approval of this tenta-
tive map by the adoption of Resolution No. 1927.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council uphold the findings of the Planning
Agency and approve Tentative Tract No. 10707 by the adoption of Resolution
No. 80-123.

RESOLUTION NO. 80-123
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 10707.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows:
I. The City Council of Tustin finds and determines as follows:
That Tentative Tract No. 10707 was submitted pursuant to
Ordinance No. 651 (as amended) by VTN on behalf of S.I.R.
Developers for the purpose of creating a one-lot subdivision
for industrial condominium purposes from Parcel 1, as shown
on a parcel map filed in Book 52, Page 38, of Parcel Maps.
B. That said map is in conformance with the Tustin Area General
Plan.
C. That a Negative Declaration has been applied for to conform
with the California Environmental Quality Act.
II.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Tract No. 10707,
subject to all the conditions of Planning Agency Resolution No.
1927.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council,
held on the 17th day of. November, 1980.
