SUBJECT: SANTA ANA VALLEY IRRIGATION (S.A.V.I.) QUITCLAIM DEED
The developers of the office complex at the southeasterly corner of Newport
Avenue and Sycamore Avenue have requested the City to quitclaim the S.A.V.I.
easement adjacent to the Newport Avenue frontage of their development.
The City has no particular use for this easement or the irrigation pipe lines
within the easement. Council has previously established the policy of
quitclaiming these easements at a fee of $90.00 per transaction, if they have no
future use by the City.
Recommendation:
It is recom~nded that the Tustin City Council at their meeting of November 17,
1980 authorize the Mayor to execute the attached quitclaim deed and recordation
of same subject to the $90.00 fee.

on file in the office of the County Recorder in the County of Orange lying
within the following described property.
The Northeasterly 217.12 feet of the Northwesterly 250.00 feet, measured along
the Northwesterly and Northeasterly lines respectively, of Lot 64 in Block 11
of Irvines°s Subdivision, in the County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, .
Excepting therefrom the Northwesterly 30.00 feet within Newport Avenue and the
Northeasterly 20.00 feet within Sycamore Avenue.
