City Council was concerned about any salary increases that would be made to the Water Works employees at the time of acquisition by the City. Mort 1105 D 1,052.00 1,036.00 1.54 Data Input Operator Three individuals will receive increases from 4.76% to 16.1%. In the case of Tony Alarcon, his increase was 4.76% because placing him in the next lower range would have imposed a 6.2% decrease or the next range'above would have provided a 1.3% increase at "D" step with an additional 5% at the end of one year. Terry McGlynn and Arnot Sutton will receive a 10.6% and 16.1% increase respectively. These individuals were brought in at "A" step of the salary range. Both of these employees are comparatively new to the Water Works and, consequently, started at a low salary range. All other Tustin Water Works employees' increases ranged from 0.9% to 2.57%.
