The changing status of laws related fo annexations and taxes, along with the delay in adopting an agreement fur the exchange of property taxes has made the entire subject of annexations complex and confusing. Please do not hesitate fo contact me if additional clarification is desired. You may be assured that we are processing annexation actions as e~pedifiously as possible.
