THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, HELD IN THE CITY HALL OF
TUSTIN AT 7 O'CLOCK P.M. NOV. 4TH
1946.
PRESENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: KIDD, CHARLESTON AND HUMESTON
ABSENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: JACOBS
City Attorney C. Arthur Nisson Jr. was present
Mayor Kidd called the Meeting to order with three members
of the Council present as Councilman Jacobs was absent and
Councilman Parks having resigned from the Council.
The Minutes of the last meeting of the Council were read
and ordered adopted by the Mayor with some few minor changes.
Mayor Kidd and his neighbor Orlo Householder asked in
their communication to the Council that an ally adjasent to
their property Legal discription as follows: Fifteen ft, of the
North portion of lots 1-2-3 of Tract no, 338 be closed and
abanconed. The matter was acted upon by the adoption of
Resolution No. 186, on the motion of Councilman Charleton and
seconded by Councilman Humeston. Roll Call resulted in
Councilman Kidd__ Aye, Councilman Charleton __Aye, Councilman
Humiston__Aye, Councilman Jacobs was absent. Motion Carried,
It was decided to collect Business License on vending
and Music machines at the rate of fifteen dollars per year
for each machine installed,
Councilman Charleton moved that the Bills be paid,
Councilman .Humeston seconded the Motion. Motion carried.

Council man Charleton moved that the Meeting adjourn, Council-
man Humeston seconded the motion. Motion carried.
