SUBJECT: ASH TREE REMOVAL
A large Ash tree in the parkway at 685 West Main Street has caused
extensive damage to the curb, gutter, the parking lane of the street,
and the sidewalk. A large pool of water stands in the street because
of the damage to the gutter.
The owner and the neighborhood were notified by a hand-out letter of
the City's intentions. No objections were received from anyone.
RECOMMENDAT IONS:
I recommend the tree be removed and replaced with an approved 15 gallon
size tree, and that the curb, gutter, street and sidewalk be repaired.
