THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN CALIFORNIA, HELD IN THE CITY
HALL OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA ON MONDAY
EVENING AT 7 0'CLOCK AUGUST 26th 1946.
PRESENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: KIDD, PARK, JACOBS, AND CHARLETON.
ABSENT WERE: COUNCILMEN. HUMESTON
MAYOR KIDD CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AND ASKED
THE CLERK TO READ THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEET-
ING, AND HEARING NO CORRECTIONS OR ERRORS REGISTERED
BY THE MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL ORDERED THE ADOPTION
OF THE MINUTES.
A STREET RESOLUTION NO. 179 ADOPTED ON THE MOTION OF COUNCIL-
SOUTH OF PARK, AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN JACOBS. THIS
FIRST ST. RESOLUTION DESIGNATES STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE
DESINATED OTHER THAN HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE CITY. VOTED UPON.
A STREET MOTION CARRIED.
OF MAJOR THE COUNCIL INSTRUCTED THE CITY ATTORNEY
IMPORTANCE C. ARTHUR NISSON TO PREPARE A RESOLUTION ON CHANGING
THE MEETING NIGHTS FOR COUNCIL MEETINGS BACK TO THE
FIRST AND THIRD MONDAYS OF THE MONTH. THIS WILL BE
RESOLUTION NO.181.
COUNCILMAN PARK MOVED THAT THE BILLS PRE-
SENTED BE PAID,COUNCILMAN CHARLETON SECONDED THE MOTION.
MOTION CARRIED.
COUNCILMAN CHARLETON MOVED THE ADJOURN-
MENT OF THE MEETING. COUNCILMAN JACOBS SECONDED THE
MOTION. MOTION CARRIED.
