CONSENT TO REMOVE PARKWAY TREES
The resident of 13411 Elizabeth Way.has requested the large ash tree in the
parkway at this property be removed.
The s~dewalk was such a hazard to pedestrians that it was included in our
last sidewalk repair contract and has already been replaced. However the
curb and gutter has not been replaced. Notification was sent out to the
neighbors and no objections were received. One letter was received expres-
sing appreciation from the next door neighbor.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Remove the ash tree as requested at the City's.expense and replace it with
an approved tree from the City list that suits the owner at 13411 Elizabeth
Way.

Dear Property Owner:
The city wishes to remove the Ash tree at 13411 Elizabeth Way
and replace it with a suitable tree that does not put its roots
on top of the ground and break the sidewalks, curbs and gutters.
We have replaced the damaged sidewalk and we want to remove this
tree before the roots damage the new walk. Since the removal of
this tree effects your environment, we request your comments.
If we have not heard from you withinlO days in writing we will
assume you have no objection to the removal.
If you have any questions please call my office at, 544-8890 ext.
