YOUR PARTICIPATION IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT WILL ASSURE A RESPONSIBLE AND EFFICIENT CITY OF TUSTIN. WE INVITE YOU TO BRING TO THE ATTENTION OF THE CITY CLERK ANY MATTER THAT YOU DESIRE THE CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER. Adoption of Resolution No. $0-66, and assuming that no claims or stop payment notices are filed within 30 days of the date of recordation of the Notice of Completion, authorize payment of the final 10% retention ($2,785.51) at that time, as recommended by the Engineering Department. 9.
