The City of Tustin is one of the defendants in the above-referenced
action. All of the cities are tendering the defense of this matter to the office of
the County Counsel.
We recommend that the Council adopt a minute order authorizing the
defense of the City in this matter by the Orange County Counsel's office.
When such a minute order has been adopted we request that the City
Clerk forward a certified copy of the same to this office.

the enclosed envelope. We will be providing your office with a certified copy of a
Minute Order authorizing, you to accept defense of this matter.
