SUBJEC?: ORDINANCE AMENDMENT (772) Modification of Construction Tax
Fee for Condominium Conversions
APPLICANT: An action initiated by the City Council.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION:
On April 21, 1980, Quail Place Development requested a waiver
from the construction tax fee since the apartment project

for condominium conversions to read as follows:
...Condominium Conversions (multi-family dwellings
having already paid a tax fee may credit such amount
against the new amount)
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
M.O. that Ordinance No. 831 have first reading by title only.
M.O. that Ordinance No. 831 be introduced.
