(ROLL CALL VOTE) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18~ 19 2O 21 22 23' 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 ORDINANCE NO. 829 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 611 WHICH AMENDS THE PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT REGULATIONS FOR THE TUSTIN/IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby ordain as follows: 1. The city Council hereby finds and determines: so That a proper application (Zoning Amendment 80-2) has been filed on behalf of the Irvine Company for the purpose of amending the Planned Community District Regulations for the Tustin/Irvine Ind- ustrial Complex. b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application; c. That an Environmental Impact Report was previously certified for this industrial comglex. d. That the proposed amendment shall be adopted for the following reasons: the proposed expansion of uses allows the owner to better serve the needs of the City, the adjacent residents and the industrial complex users. The City Council does hereby amend Ordinance No. 611, paragraph 1. (d) amending the Planned Community District Regulations as follows: SECTION VI. INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL B. Permitted Uses 2. Neighborhood Commercial* so Retail sales, such as, but not limited to: clothing, shoes, jewelry, liquor/ deli, stationery, books, fast food drive through and take-out, hardware, appliances, pharmacy/drug store, furniture, carpets, auto parts, etc. Retail services such as, but not limited to: shoe repair, dance studio, fitness center,'travel agency, escrow and real estate, insurance, caterer, etc. c. All uses permitted under Subsection B (1) (a) and (b): Industrial/Support Commercial. * Planning Agency review of the location of the structures pursuant to use permit procedures 32 1 2 4 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on day of 1980.
