SUBJ£CT: REVISION OF CITY CODE
The attached Ordinance #830 should be adopted at the next Council
meeting to remove the conflict between the City Code and Resolution
No. 80-28 Which was adopted on March 17, 1980.
This should be considered as an urgency Ordinance since the revised
fees and procedure were scheduled to be effective on May 1, 1980.

ORDINANCE NO. 830
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 3515 (b)
OF TUSTIN CITY CODE PERTAINING TO BURGLARY AND
ALARM SYSTEMS
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain
as follows:
1. Section 3515 (b) of the Tustin City Code is amended by
amending the assessment for false alarm cost as follows:
"The owner of lessee of any alarm system shall
be assessed a fee for false alarms transmitted
to the Police Department. Such fee shall be
established by Resolution of the City Council
and shall be paid to the City Treasurer for deposit
in the General Fund."
2. That the City Council hereby finds and determines that the
enactment of this Ordinance as an emergency, urgency measure is
required for the preservation of public health and welfare, and this
Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
PASSED ~ND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City council of
the City of Tustin this day of , 1980.
