Authorize the County Counsel of the County of Orange to defend the
City of ~h~stin in the above referenced action as recommended by the
City Attorney.

Authorize the City Administrator to execute appropriate release
agreements and authorize the City Attorney to execute a Request
for Dismissal as to the Mutual Fire, Marine and Inland Insurance

APPROVAL OF LEAA CRImiNAL JUSTICE COUNCIL CONTRACT

Authorize staff to seek bids for replacment vehicle for Police
