APPROVAL OF MINUTES - March 10, 1980 and March 17, 1980. 2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS in the amount of $154,877.05. RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL in the amount of $139,518.79. 3. RESOLUTION NO. 80-33 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE WIDENING OF WALNUT AVENUE FROM RED HILL AVENUE TO 600'~ EASTERLY AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS Adoption of Resolution No. 80-33 as recommended by the Engineering Department. PROPOSED SETTLEMENT - RICHARD CALRY Accept the terms of the settlement as proposed and authorize the payment of $10,998 as outlined by Mr. Secia and recommended by the Acting Personnel Director COUNCIL AGENDA Page 2, 4-7-80 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TUSTINAND THE TUSTIN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR OPERATION OF A SUMxMER RECREATION AND AQUATICS PROGRAM Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement as recommended by the Parks and Recreation Director. REQUEST FOR PARKING RESTRICTION - NEWPORT AVENUE Authorize the installation of the parking signs along the easterly side of Newport Avenue, adjacent to the Californian Apartments, ~which would restrict on-street parking on days of the street sweeping oper- ation, as a pilot program for a period of six months as recommended by the City Engineer. RELEASE OF BONDS-PARCEL MAP NO. 78-110. Authorize the release of the following bonds: Faithful Performance Bond No. 711-7042 in the amount of $6,600.00, Labor and Materials Bond No. 711-7042 in the amount of $3,300.00 and the Monumentation Bond No. 711-7041 in the amount of $500.00 as recommended by the City Engineer. 8. RESOLUTION NO. 80-34 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin ACCEPTING WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION Adoption of Resolution No. 80-34 accepting said work and authorizing filing of the Notice of Completion and assuming that no claims or stop payment notices are filed within 30 days of the date of recorda- tion of the Notice of Completion, authorize payment of the final 10% retention ($2,198.83) at that time as recommended by Engineering Department.
