Thayer, Chief of Police Tustin Meadows and Centennial Park During the month of February, Tustin Police Officers spent a total of eighty-five hours patrolling and responding to calls in the Tustin Meadows and Centennial Park. Officers answered thirty-nine radio calls and made one hundred, ninety-eight obaervations, traffic stops, and/or security checks. These calls and observations resulted in si?[teen crime or incident reports, two arrests, and one hundred, thirt:;-six citations (seventy-four citations for traffic violations, fifty-eight for i:ark curfew and four miscellaneous). Average response time for radio calls was 9.0 minutes. Of the one hundred, twenty-four s'~]bjects contacted in ehforcement situations, seventy-six were Tustin Meadows residents. Enforcement efforts during the month were restricted by several days of heavy rain.
