The original contract start and com- pletion dates were as follows: Contract start date ........................... November 30, 1979 Contract completion time ...................... 75 calendar days Contract completion date ...................... February 12, 1980 There were eighteen (18) rain days during this period of time and a minimum of twenty (20) days for dryout were required. Staff recommends that the contract be extended a total of 38 calendar days, which provides for an adjusted contract completion date of March 21, 1980. Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council at their meeting of March 3, 1980, approve a contract extension time of 38 calendar days to the contract for the construction of a parking lot at Columbus Tustin Parking Parksite.
