Tustin Meadows and Centennial Park
During the twelve day period from 2/12/80 to 2/23/80, Tustin Police Officers spent
a total of twenty hours patrolling and responding to calls in the Tustin Meadows
and Centennial Park. Officers answered fourteen radio calls and made fifty-seven
observations, traffic stops, and/or security checks. These calls and observations
resulted in four crime or incident reports, one arrest, and thirty-five citations
(twenty citations for traffic violations and fifteen for park curfew). Average
response time for radio calls was 11.2 minutes. Of the forty-three subjects
contacted in enforcement situations, twenty-five were Tustin Meadows residents.
Enforcement efforts during this period were restricted by several days of heavy
rain.
