These parcels are described by a legal description and map attached to each resolution. These parcels are more commonly described as follows: The most southerly parcel lies between and adjacent to the Don Jose Restaurant development and Newport Avenue between Holt Avenue and the Orange County Flood Control District Channel and contains 5581.44 square feet. Each parcel has only 30' of depth and no access to Newport Avenue, therefore, it is not considered developable property under the existing zoning code. On January 21, 1980, the Tustin City Council passed and adopted Resolutions No. 80-7 and 80-8 declaring their intention to sell the subject property. These Resolutions established February 19, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. as the time for a public hearing to determine that public interest and convenience require the sale of the two subject parcels of land adjacent to Newport Avenue. The attached Resolutions No. 80-12 and 80-13 provides for the finding and deter- mining that the public interest and convenience require the sale of the real properties adjacent to Newport Avenue.
