THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, HELD IN THE CITY HALL OF
· TUSTIN MONDAY, NOV. 19, 1945.
PRESENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: CHARLETON, PARK AND JACOB8
ABSENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: KIDD AND RAWLINGS
CITY ATTORNEY GEO. E. BRADLEY WAS PRESENT.
Councilman Charleton was selected to act as Mayor pro tem
on the motion of Councilman Park,and Councilman Jacobs seconed the
motion. The motion carried.
Mayor pro tem Charleton opened the meeting and asked the
clerk to read the minutes of the preceding meeting. Councilman Park
moved the adoption of the minutes and the second to the motion was
given by Councilman Jacobs. Motion carried.
A committee consisting of a group of four Residents of the
Mt. View district of Tustin A ( Mr. Hillman, Mr. Balzer, Mr. Echols
and Mr. Bacon) representing the people of their section of the city
and having also a patition with 26 names of residents of their sec-
tion was before the Council asking cooperation of the Council in the
prevention of the enlargement of the Trailor Camp (Mr. D.X.Martins)
at First Street and Mt. View. They stated that they did not believe
that Mr. Martin was keeping His Campup to the requirements for Trailor
Camps,and they protested the extending of the Camp on the grounds Of
the depreciating the Value of their property, and the making it less desirable
as a Home Community. The Councilmen Promised an investigation of the
matter and would see that the Camp come up to specfications for such
according to the Citys Ordinance.
Council moved for the approval of the Bond for the Chief of
Police Lentz Council Jaoobs furnished the second to the motion the
motion carried.
The following Bills were Oked for payment on the motion of
Councilman Park and seconed by Councilman Jacobs. Motion Carried.

Councilman Moved the adjournment of the meeting with Counoil-
man Jacobs furnshlng the secon to the motion. motion Carried.
