THE CITY OF TUSTIN, HELD IN THE
CITY HALL OF TUSTIN, MONDAY EVEN-
ING OCTOBER 15th 1945
PRESENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: KIDD,RAWLINGS,JACOBS AND PARK
ABSENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: CHARLETON
CITY ATTORNEY GEO. E. BRADLEY WAS PRESENT.
Mayor Kidd called the meeting to order and asked
for the minutes of the last Council meeting. they were approved on the
motion of Councilman Rawlings and seconed by Councilman Jacobs. The
motion carried
In the communications, Superintendant Geo. Hale rep-
resenting the School Board of the Tustin District made inquiry cons-
searning a Crossing Officer for the School at First and B.Streets. The
Board fully discussed the matter,and Councilman Park moved that the Clerk
be instructed to write the School Board expressing the Views of the
Council under this date and send a copy to the Parent Teachers Associ-
ation,Council Jacobs seconed the motion. Motion carried.
Mayor Kidd asked permission of the Council to leave the
State and be absent from the probobly until Nov. 10th. Councilman Park
moved that the Mayor be granted this Permission,Councilman Park and the
Motion. Motion Carried
Councilman Park moved that the Mayor Make a Proclamation
nameing Oct. 27th Navy Day in Honor of all the Young Men from Tustin
and vacinity who has served in the U.S.Navy in World War 2. Councilman
Jacobs seconed the motion . The Motion Carried.
Councilman Jaoobs moevd that the bills presented be
paid Councilman Rawlings seconed the motion. Motion carried.

The meeting was adjourned on the motion of Council-
man Rawlings seconed by Councilman Jacobs.
