IT IS THE INTENTION OF YOUR CITY COUNCIL TO BE RECEPTIVE TO YOUR CONCERNS IN THIS
COMMUNITY. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT WILL ASSURE A RESPONSIBLE AND
EFFICIENT CITY OF TUSTIN. WE INVITE YOU TO BRING TO THE ATTENTION OF THE CItY
CLERK ANY MATTER THAT YOU DESIRE THE CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER. WE THANK YOU FOR
YOUR PRESENCE AND WISH YOU TO KNOW THAT WE APPRECIATE YOUR INVOLVEmeNT.
It is the present policy of the Council that all items not requiring public
hearing be submitted to the City Clerk no later than 12:00 Noon, twelve days
prior to a scheduled Council Meeting.
IF YOU WISH TO ADDRESS THE COUNCIL, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO FILE YOUR
NAME AND ADDRESS WITH THE CLERK ON THE FORN PROVIDED WITH THE AGENDA.
ANYONE HAVING ANY COMMENTS ON ANY ITEM, PLEASE RAISE YOUR HAND TO BE
RECOGNIZED BY THE CHAIR.

BETWEEN HOLT AVENUE AND THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
CHANNEL AND FIXING A TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC NEARING THEREON
RESOLUTION NO. 80-8
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO SELL PROPERTY ADJACENT TO NEWPORT AVENUE
BETWEEN THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT CHANNEL AND IRVINE
BOULEVARD.
Adoption of Resolution No. 80-7 and Resolution No. 80-8 as
recommended by the City. Engineer.
5. COUNTY CONTRACT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES
Authorize Mayor and City Clerk to execute contract extension
agreement as recommended by the City Administrator.
6. cONTRACT TIME EXTENSION - SYCAMORE AVENUE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING
Authorize time extension of 39 calendar days as recommended
by the City Engineer.
