There is no cost to the City as the contract expenses are recovered by the County through issuing dog licenses and other fees in all areas served by the County. I would categorize the County's service as marginally adequate, primarily due to the limited manpower and resulting service response, but the cost of attempting to provide this service by our m~n employees would probably be much more expensive. Until and unless we encounter significant problems with the service, I recommend that we continue with this contract. REC~qDEDACTION Authorize bhyor and City Clerk to execute contract extension agreement. OUN~ OF O RANGE UMAN SERVICES AGENCy PUBLIC HEALTH AND MEDICAL SERVICES MARGARET C. GRIER DIRECTOR L.
