Tustin Meadows and Centennial~Park
During the month of December, Tustin Police Officers spent a total of
thirty-seven hours patrolling and responding to calls in the Tustin Meadows
and Centennial Park. Officers answered fifty-seven radio calls and made
forty-one observations and/or security checks. These calls and observations
resulted in nineteen crime or incident reports, twelve arrests, and ten
citations (nine citations for traffic violations and one for park curfew).
Average response time for radio calls was 8.6 minutes. Of the thirty-two
subjects contacted in enforcement situations, twenty-one were Tustin Meadows
residents. There was a marked decrease in activities in the second half of
the month compared to the first half.
