THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, HELD IN THE CITY HALL OF
TUSTIN, MONDAY EVENING AT 7 0'CLOCK
JAN. 2, 1945.
PRESENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: KIDD, HOWELL, JACOBS AND PARK
ABSENT WERE: COUNCILMAN REWLINGS
Mayor Kidd called the meeting to order at
the usual hour of 7 P.M. The minutes of the last meeting were read
and adopted on the motion of Councilman Parks and seconded by
Councilman Howell. Motion carried.
There were no communications of importance.
Mr. H. C. Rasmussen of Santa Ana, Tustin build-
ing inspector, who had been asked to pay us a visit and give the
Council some pointers on Fire Zoning, was present. He gave the
Board a full outline on fire zoning, and Mr. Rasmussen's visit
was much appreciated. The Mayor appointed a committee to serve
with him in establishing a fire zone for the city. Those appoined
were Councilman Park, Attorney George Bradley, Fire Chief E. L.
Kiser. Fire Chief John Luxemberger of Santa Ana will be asked to
serve on this committee.
On the motion of Councilman Park and seconded
by Councilman Howell, the bills were ordered paid.
On the motion of Councilman Howell and seconded
by Councilman Jacobs, the meeting was adjourned.
