MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN HELD IN THE CITY HALL
OF TUSTIN MONDAY EVENING AT 7'OCLOCK
NOVEMBER 16TH, 1943.
PRESENT WERE: COUNCILMEN: KIDD, RAWLINGS, GATES AND FORNEY
ABSENT WERE: COUNCILMEN; BROOMELL
ATTORNEY GEORGE BRADLEY WAS PRESENT.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kidd and
the minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Communications; A letter from the Division of High-
ways with the executed coppies of the Memorandum Copy of of the
Agreement for expendtures of 1/4 cent Gas Tax for State High-Ways
within the City for the years 1943-1945 Biennium for our Files.
and, a letter from the The State Compensation Insurance Fund with
a Bill for our Compensation Insurance in the amount of $332.62.
The Communnications were orded filed and the Insurance Bill was
orded paid with the rest of the Bills.
The Mutual Ade Plan which Attorney Bradley had been
checking up on that had been received from the Assistant Reginal
Director Ben Lieberman was acted upon by the Councils Resolution
No.140 which was adopted on the motion of Councilman Rawlings and
seconed by Councilman Forney. The Rool Calls was as follows Coun-
cilmen Kidd Aye Councilman Rawlings Aye Councilman Gates Aye and
Councilman Forney Aye. Councilman Broomell was not Present.
Bills were Called for and on the Motion of Councilman
Gates and seconed by Councilman Forney the following were orded
paid Motion Carried.

There being no further Business coming before
the Council the Meeting was adjourned, on the motion of Council-
man Forney and seconed by Councilman Gates Motion Carried.
